this plugin is not working for me at all. i have tried it on two different sites with the same outcome. it just does not launch once active. both have jquery sliders on the homepage, but that cant be an issue, bcos it was never mentioned as an issue in any of the copy i read or the videos i watched. can some one please get back to me so i can either get a refund or an answer on how get this working. i am pumped about using it and think its well done, but it has to work. the bigger issue is that i tweeted it out to 1200 followers and i don’t want to look like a dumbass when i referred a busted plugin to them. dave.

How do I change the overall size of the pop up? At the moment in comes up abruptly and it is really too big, covering the whole height.
